The other night coming home from Trey’s baseball game Trey and Kenny were talking about the game. Kenny asked him why he didn’t slide into home plate and got out. He said he didn’t know the infield player had the ball. He thought about things for a minute and then he told Kenny that he needed a “Power Move”. Kenny was like what do you mean a power move. Trey preceded to tell Kenny that in this game (WII Backyard Baseball game) there is this guy who runs home and does a flip over the catcher and lands on home plate. So, Trey said he needed a power move like that one.
Without trying to hurt Trey’s feelings by busting out laughing Kenny got control of his giggles and told him he didn’t need a power move he just needed to slide. He said if he had a power move than no one would be able to get me out.
Oh Trey, if only we could have more power moves in life I think life would be a lot easier. I also hope you don’t start playing any violent video games and want to have their power moves!
Trey is doing pretty good at his games. He was pitching the other day and this is where he held his mitt to get focused and during the wind up of the pitch. It was so cute to me. Maybe this was his “Power Move” in pitching!
