This year I had more girls who wanted to go rafting with us. I am going to have to start drawing names because we have such a blast together!!!
This was before the day began at the warehouse. We couldn’t wait to go rafting!!!
This year I decided to make tank tops for our trip. Tabbie Hogue helped me or rather I helped her make our “Chick Trip” tanks. We made one for the guides to but theirs said “DUDES, Chick Trip”.
Trevor was my guide this year. In my boat was Kendra, Karrie, Tammie, Krissy and Teasha.
We are so good that we air guitar’d our paddles while going down Sundown falls.
Dropping into Dead man’s curve. All was going well and we were paddling hard.
Then we went towards the flipper wall and weren’t looking so good after all. I am the one in the front about to fall out.
Thankfully I stayed in and while I was saving myself and I pulled in Kendra who was very determined NOT to fall out. Unfortunately, Karrie fell out but she was a good sport. Teasha and I thought Trevor was a bit rusty in his guiding skills, since he is now a pencil pusher,being manager and all.
This is us excited to have the best lunch in the world. That’s what most have said. Funny!! We are can’t wait to do our annual chick trip again. Hopefully the weather will be a bit warmer so I don’t freeze.
