I can't believe it is finally over! The elections are over. We can now say goodbye to the most irritating and frustrating election ever - for me. I wouldn't say the lying, cheating, and empty promises are over but the race is over. It will be interesting to watch Obama over the years and see how he will do with this messed up country. I do think it is neat that history was made and we have a black president and I am happy for him and his family. I will put my differences aside and support our new leader. I really hope he does a good job and we see positive changes in our country. What I am most proud about is PROP 8 PASSED!!!! I have never been so excited over polities before in my life. It was great to be part of such a wonderful cause and I am ready to get more involved in politics from here on out. I really hope that prop 8 doesn't get denied by any judges in the near future. That would really tick me off.
